1. Sponsor

The GRWN Diamonds Holiday Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by GRWN Diamonds, Inc., 501 N Robertson Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90048 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories are not eligible to enter or win.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 25, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online entry form.

• Limit one (1) initial entry per person.
• Additional entries can be earned by completing optional actions through the ViralSweeps platform, including:
  • Viewing GRWN Diamonds on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
  • Referring a friend
  • Signing up for the GRWN Diamonds newsletter

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on December 25, 2025. No purchase is necessary, and making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Internet access required.

Automated entries, bulk submissions, or entries using multiple identities or email addresses are prohibited.

5. Email Communication and Privacy

By entering, participants agree to receive limited, non-marketing email communications related to the administration of this Sweepstakes (e.g., confirmation of entry, winner notification). Entrants will not be automatically subscribed to Sponsor’s marketing list unless they explicitly opt in.

6. Prizes

There will be two (2) total prizes, awarded as follows:

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if the prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about December 29, 2025, Sponsor (or its authorized agent) will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the drawing. Winners must respond within five (5) business days to confirm eligibility and claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Taxes and Forms

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and provide a valid taxpayer identification number before receiving their prize.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes each entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or approval.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs its integrity or fairness, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of these Official Rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional partners, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of any prize.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflict of law rules.
