Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Air Purifier giveaway. 

2. Participants must be over 18 years old and live in the contiguous 48 United States.

3. To participate, you must sign up with a valid email address at https://tosotdirect.com/pages/2022-black-friday-giveaway. Each person should only sign-up once. If fraud is detected, the participant will not be included in the sweepstakes.

4. One (1) verified winner will receive one (1) KJ350 HEPA air purifier. The winner will be given a chance to gift one KJ350 HEPA air purifier to his/her friend for free. 

5. Giveaway items cannot be exchanged for a different prize or redeemed as a discount.

6. Giveaway sign-up begins on Nov 18, 2022, and ends on Nov 28, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. PST. 

7. Winner will be selected randomly through Viralsweep and announced on Nov 30, 2022, via email and the giveaway page. The marketing team will contact the winner within five (5) business days and give directions on claiming the prizes. Prizes must be claimed within seven (7) business days of the announcement. If any required response is not received within seven business days, TOSOT will award the prize to an alternate winner drawing from all remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which any remaining prizes will remain un-awarded. 

8. Winners must submit all details requested by marketing@tosotdirect.com to claim the prize.
