Rules

• Eligibility: The Hip Heads Snowboard giveaway sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, and who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Anyone under the age of 21 years old needs parental consent to enter into the contest. Employees of Hip Heads and Gilson Snow and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this contest.
•                Minor Sweepstakes Entry Consent Clause: If the entrant is under the age of 21 (a "Minor"), the entrant must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, the Minor entrant confirms that they have obtained such consent and that their parent or legal guardian has read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules on the Minor's behalf. The parent or legal guardian may be required to verify their consent and provide additional information upon request. Failure to obtain such consent may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
•         Entry Period: The Sweepstakes entry period will begin on 11/15/2024 at 7:30 a.m EST and end on 12/23/2024 at 10:30 p.m EST. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Winner will be announced on social media (Instagram & Tiktok ) on 12/24/24.
•         How to Enter: All participants must enter the Sweepstakes, receiving 1 (one) free entry, by providing email, phone number, agreeing to receive Hip Heads marketing emails, and by following one Hip Heads social media account [Instagram (@hipheads_) &/or TikTok (@hipheads). Secondly, participants can earn additional entries using the “Purchase for Entry” format listed below.
•                   Purchase for Entry: During the Entry Period, all eligible participants may purchase goods in exchange for additional entries at the rate of 1 Entry per $5 spent. All participants must have first entered the contest with a "Free Entry" using the process listed above in “How to Enter” section.
•         Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a 154 Gilson Snowboard with a custom Hip Heads graphic design. The approximate retail value of the prize is $655 USD. No cash or other prize substitution will be permitted. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from participation in the sweepstakes or award of any prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner.    
•                  Odds of Winning: Odds of winning grand prize are dependent on the number of entries received. 
•         Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be announced on all Hip Heads social media platforms including Instagram, and TikTok on 12/24/2024 1:00 p.m. EST, and contacted directly with either email address or phone number provided. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
•         Publicity: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to allow Hip Heads and Gilson Snow to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
•         General Conditions: Hip Heads, LLC reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by them in their sole discretion. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
•         Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Hip Heads, LLC and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
•         Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Hip Heads website. Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding the prize.
•                 Winner's List: Hip Heads, LLC will list winner via social media post.
•         Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hip Heads, LLC. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Gilson Snow and Snowbound. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that any disputes regarding the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of Massachusetts without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
