GENERAL COMPETITION RULES

• The final closing date for entries is 10 March 2023
• The winners will be selected via random system-generated draw. 
• By entering this competition you accept the terms and conditions of this competition, the entrant gives consent to Daddy's Deals and Cape Town Etc to store their name and email address, and receive communications from them both. 
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The winner will be notified via email.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 hours, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Daddy's Deals reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Daddy's Deals' control. Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible by Daddy's Deals.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. 
• Employees and close relatives of Daddy's Deals and Highbury Media staff members and extended family are excluded from this competition.
