OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE PRISMATIC VAULT SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Official Rules.

1. SPONSOR
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Prismatic Vault P.O. Box 1571, Chesapeake, VA 23327 under the tradename Cosmic Vault LLC

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States or Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Prismatic Vault, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at March 20,2025 and ends at time of the website launch or May 21, 2025, whichever comes first.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit https://www.prismaticvault.com/pages/sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to submit your entry. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise specified. Any attempts to enter multiple times by using different identities, accounts, or devices will be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION
A random drawing will be conducted on or around May 21st, 2025 or at the time of the website launch, whichever comes first,  from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner will be required to provide their name, address, and other necessary information to claim their prize.

7. PRIZES
The winners will receive one of the following, $50.00 gift card of their choice of brands including Walmart, Amazon, Apple, Sephora, Steam. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution of the prize is permitted except by the sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

9. PUBLICITY
By entering, entrants agree to allow Prismatic Vault to use their name, likeness, and other information for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. DISQUALIFICATION
Any entrant who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address or social media account used to enter.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Prismatic Vault is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any material in this Sweepstakes. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Prismatic Vault, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind to persons or property, including personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Prismatic Vault reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Prismatic Vault may award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

13. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Virginia in the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected during the course of the Sweepstakes will be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling the prize, and in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.prismaticvault.com/pages/data-sale-opt-out
