Rules

1. Promotion Description and Sponsor

The Backyard Bass Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by onWater LLC, 1885 Continental View Drive, Louisville, Colorado 80027 (“Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes begins on August 3, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on August 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

By entering, each entrant (“Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

If Sponsor completes all applicable registration and bonding requirements for New York and Florida, the geographic eligibility language above may be updated to include those states before the Promotion Period begins.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor; the participating promotional and prize partners identified in these Official Rules (collectively, the “Promotion Partners”); and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and immediate family or household members are not eligible.

“Immediate Family Members” means a spouse, domestic partner, parent, legal guardian, child, sibling, step-parent, step-child, step-sibling, grandparent, or grandchild. “Household Members” means people who share the same residence for at least three months during a calendar year.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Agreement to the Official Rules

By entering, Entrant represents and warrants that Entrant meets all eligibility requirements and agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, eligibility of Entries, selection of the potential winner, and award of the prize are final and binding.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit the official Backyard Bass Giveaway entry page at:

Complete and submit the online entry form with all requested information and affirmatively agree to the required disclosures and marketing consent presented on the form.

Limit one standard Entry per eligible person and email address during the Promotion Period.

Entries must be submitted by the Entrant. Automated, robotic, scripted, bulk, mechanically reproduced, third-party, or sweepstakes-service Entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Any attempt to obtain more than the permitted number of Entries through multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, registrations, devices, IP addresses, or other methods may void all Entries associated with that Entrant.

Incomplete, inaccurate, late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, or otherwise noncompliant Entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Social Story Bonus Entry

Final setup needed: Sponsor must confirm how Instagram Story shares will be recorded and verified before this section is published.

Entrants may receive one additional bonus Entry by sharing the designated Backyard Bass Giveaway post to their Instagram Story during the Promotion Period and tagging @onwaterfish. The entrant’s Instagram account must be public at the time of verification, or the entrant must provide Sponsor with a screenshot or other proof of the qualifying share upon request.

A like, comment, tag, follow, or social-media share does not replace submission of the official online entry form.

Maximum total Entries per person: two, consisting of one standard Entry and one verified bonus Entry.

5. Marketing Consent and Information Sharing

MARKETING CONSENT IS PART OF THE GIVEAWAY ENTRY PROCESS.

By submitting the entry form and affirmatively checking the marketing-consent box, Entrant expressly agrees that:

1. Sponsor may collect and use Entrant’s name, email address, and other information submitted with the Entry to administer the Sweepstakes;

2. Sponsor may share Entrant’s name and email address with the Promotion Partners identified below; and

3. Entrant consents to receive recurring promotional and marketing emails from Sponsor and the Promotion Partners.

Marketing emails may include product information, promotions, offers, company updates, and other commercial content. Message frequency will vary.

Each marketing email sent by Sponsor or a Promotion Partner must include a clear and functioning unsubscribe mechanism and the sender’s valid physical postal address. Each sender is independently responsible for honoring opt-out requests within the time required by applicable law and for complying with all laws applicable to its own marketing communications.

Entrants may unsubscribe from any sender’s marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing after a valid Entry has been submitted will not invalidate the Entry, reduce the Entrant’s chance of winning, or affect the award of a prize.

Each sender is responsible for its own marketing communications and privacy practices.

6. Prize

One potential Grand Prize winner will receive the Backyard Bass Giveaway prize package.

The current prize package consists of:

• Newport Vessels: NS130 Motor Package, including an NS130 Inflatable Skiff, 36V 40Ah Extended Lithium Battery, NT300 Electric Outboard, and 36V Battery Charger — ARV $4,719.97

• TFO Rods: Two rods, consisting of one casting rod and one spinning rod selected from the TFO Resolve series — ARV $380.00

• Bates Fishing Co.: Two E.D.C. 100 reels — stated ARV $399.95

• Bajío: Cocho sunglasses in Dark Blue Camo Matte with Green Mirror Lens — ARV $269.99

• onWater: Lifetime membership to onWater PRO for the winner’s personal account, continuing for as long as onWater PRO is offered and operated by Sponsor — stated ARV $1,500.00

Final Total ARV: $10,213.84

All prize descriptions, colors, sizes, configurations, and models are subject to availability. Sponsor or the applicable prize supplier may substitute a prize or component with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The actual value of a prize may differ at the time of award. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be assigned, sold, or redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description. The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and may receive applicable tax-reporting documentation.

The watercraft, motor, battery, and related equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and all applicable registration, boating, transportation, licensing, and safety requirements. Sponsor and the Promotion Partners do not provide boating, operating, legal, tax, or safety advice.

Individual Promotion Partners may ship their respective prize components directly to the verified winner. Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, supply-chain issues, product availability, or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Selection, Verification, and Notification

On or about September 1, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible Entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with the Entry. Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner’s failure to receive notice because of spam filters, security settings, an incorrect email address, or other delivery issues.

The potential winner must respond within five calendar days after the first notification attempt and may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, shipping information, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the stated deadline, is ineligible, fails to provide required documentation, refuses the prize, cannot accept the prize as awarded, or violates these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing.

The potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and confirms compliance with these Official Rules.

The winner may be announced publicly on or after September 1, 2026.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor and the Promotion Partners to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, trade, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Nothing in this section requires Sponsor to use any such information.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, printing or production error, force majeure, or another cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the administration, security, integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor may select the potential winner from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received before the action giving rise to termination, if Sponsor determines that doing so is fair and practicable.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual Sponsor reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or Sweepstakes website; attempted to obtain additional Entries through prohibited means; used bots, scripts, macros, automated systems, or other technical methods; submitted false or misleading information; interfered with another person’s participation; acted in an abusive, threatening, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike manner; or violated these Official Rules.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal or civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If there is a conflict between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, the Promotion Partners, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, social-media platforms, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, death, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes; acceptance, possession, shipping, assembly, operation, use, or misuse of any prize; any defect, failure, or performance issue involving a prize; incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; technical, network, hardware, software, transmission, email, or website failures; unauthorized human intervention; lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected Entries or communications; or printing, typographical, administrative, or human error.

This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrant agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any class, collective, or representative action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Boulder County, Colorado.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrant waives any right to recover punitive, incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied or increased. Entrant’s recovery, if any, will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering the Sweepstakes, excluding attorneys’ fees.

13. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which should be linked on the entry page and in these Official Rules.

As described in Section 5, Entrant information may be shared with the Promotion Partners for marketing purposes when the Entrant provides the required consent.

Sponsor and the Promotion Partners may retain information as permitted by their respective privacy policies and applicable law.

Requests must be received within 30 days after the winner is confirmed.

Sponsor may provide the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, or other information permitted by applicable law.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, or any other social-media or technology platform on which it may be promoted.

By entering, Entrant understands that Entrant is providing information to Sponsor and the Promotion Partners, not to any social-media platform.

Entrant releases each applicable social-media platform from claims arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
