STUARTS LONDON × FRED PERRY GIVEAWAY

TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The Stuarts London × Fred Perry Giveaway (the “Prize Draw”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

Employees of Stuarts London, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, suppliers and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw, together with their immediate family members and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

The Prize Draw is subject to applicable UK laws and regulations.

The promoter of the Prize Draw is Stuarts London (“Promoter”), 16 Doman Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3DF, United Kingdom.

The Prize Draw opens on 27 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 3 September 2026.

All times are based on UK time.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Prize Draw, participants must:

1. Follow the Stuarts London Instagram account.

2. Like the Stuarts London × Fred Perry Giveaway post.

3. Tag friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

4. Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @stuartslondon.

5. Complete the entry form on the Stuarts London competition page by providing a valid email address.

There is no set number of friends that must be tagged. Participants may tag multiple friends in separate comments, but each comment must tag genuine Instagram accounts and must not be spam, automated or misleading.

Only one website entry per person is permitted.

Entrants must have completed all required entry actions by the closing date to be eligible.

Stuarts London reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

THE PRIZE

There will be one winner.

The winner will receive all three exclusive colourways from the Stuarts London × Fred Perry collaboration:

• Buttercream / Merlot

• Brown / Buttercream

• Black / Yellow / Green

The prize consists of one polo shirt in each of the three colourways, subject to availability.

Only 300 pieces of each colourway were produced as part of this limited collaboration.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

If any part of the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, Stuarts London reserves the right to provide a reasonable alternative prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER SELECTION

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw period.

The winner will be selected on 4 September 2026.

The random selection will be conducted fairly and under appropriate supervision.

The Promoter will retain appropriate records of the winner selection process.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided when entering the Prize Draw.

The winner must respond within 7 days of the initial notification.

The Promoter may request the winner’s full name, postal address, telephone number and any other information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize.

The winner may also be required to provide their preferred size for each of the three polo shirts.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these Terms & Conditions, Stuarts London reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The winner’s name or social media handle may be announced on Stuarts London’s social media channels and/or website, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

The winner may be asked to confirm that they have received their prize.

INSTAGRAM

This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the Prize Draw.

Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability relating to the Prize Draw.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information provided when entering the Prize Draw will be used to administer the Prize Draw, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.

Entering the Prize Draw does not require participants to agree to receive marketing communications from Stuarts London. Where marketing consent is requested, this will be presented separately.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Stuarts London reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate, abuse or unfairly influence the Prize Draw or who breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and will take reasonable steps to avoid unfairly disadvantaging entrants.

The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or unable to be submitted due to technical or other failures outside its reasonable control.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By entering the Prize Draw, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
