Rules

1. This competition is promoted by Skreppa Distribution Ltd as JRC Components, a limited company registered in Ireland, whose registered address is at: Unit 35, North Point Business Park, New Mallow Road, Cork
   
   
2.  By entering this competition, applicants are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   
   
3. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition. Entrants are required to enter a valid email address which indicates their agreement to receive communication through this channel.
   
   
4. All information submitted by entrants must be true, current, and complete. Entrants may only enter the competition in their own name. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
   
   
5. Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
   
   
6. Employees of the promoter and members of their immediate family are not eligible to win the competition.
   
   
7. Closing dates for entry will be on Sunday 5/12/2021. After midnight on this date, no further entries will be permitted for that draw.
   
   
8. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
   
   
9. The promoter reserves the right, at their sole discretion and at any time, to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions due to unforeseeable circumstances without prior notice. Entrants will be notified of any changes to the competition by the promoter via email as soon as possible and the changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
   
   
10. The winner(s) will be chosen at random by the promoter from all entries received and verified by the promoter.
    
    
11. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 1 day of the specified closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.
    
    
12. The promoter will inform the winner when and where the prize can be collected/will be delivered.
    
    
13. The promoter’s decision, in respect of all matters regarding the competition, will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
    
    
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
