Official Rules ("Official Rules")

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you accept the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi). The Associated Companies have provided prizes to the Sweepstakes, but only Indus Travels Inc. is sponsoring and responsible for operating the Sweepstakes. No purchase necessary. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. (New Jersey Notice: This Sweepstakes is not void in New Jersey.)

Eligibility:

Win A Trip To Italy For 2 (the "Sweepstakes") is open to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years old and has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) and a resident of the United States of America and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories) with a valid email address. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and the Associated Companies are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Indus Travels Inc., 11951 Hammersmith Way, 233, Richmond, BC, V7A 5H9.

Agreement to Official Rules:

By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM EST on March 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on April 30, 2025 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter:

During the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the entry form provided on the official giveaway page. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address (not including "Bonus Entries"). Additional entries per person/email address, excluding "Bonus Entries," will not be acknowledged. The use of automated systems to enter is strictly prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods at its sole discretion.

By entering the Giveaway, you agree to receive email communications from Indus Travels Inc., Honeycomb, Journo Travel Co, Dollar Flights Club, Cozumel Collective, and Clean Plates. Your information may be used in accordance with each partner’s Privacy Policy.

Bonus Entries:

Participants can obtain additional entries by performing listed social actions. Each completed action earns bonus entries:

• 2 additional entry for subscribing to Indus Travels' YouTube channel.

• 5 additional entry for visiting Indus Travels on Instagram.

• 5 additional entry for visiting us on Facebook

• 5 additional entries for referring us to your friends.

• Total of up to 17 additional entries by completing all bonus entry actions.

Drawing:

After the Entry Period, on or about April 30, 2025, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winner:

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, an alternate winner may be selected. Only three (3) alternate winners will be contacted. Potential winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

General Conditions:

If the Sweepstakes is compromised due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors, the Sponsor may suspend or cancel it. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process.

Release and Limitations of Liability:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Associated Companies from any claims related to participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use of any prize. The Released Parties’ liability is limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, consequential, or other damages.

Privacy and Publicity:

By entering, you agree that your information may be used for marketing purposes in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Participation constitutes consent for the use of your name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Disputes:

All disputes shall be resolved individually in a court located in Richmond, BC, under BC law, without resort to class action.

Results:

To request the winner's name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Indus Travels Inc., 11951 Hammersmith Way, 233, Richmond, BC, V7A 5H9 within four (4) weeks of the Sweepstakes' end date.
