RÈGLEMENTS DU CONCOURS GITANE.

Cette promotion n’est pas supportée, ni commanditée par Facebook. Les informations personnelles fournies lors de l’inscription au concours sont envoyées à mixmix.ca et seront utilisées pour le présent concours et vous serez ajoutés à notre liste d'envoi.

 1. CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION

Aucun achat n’est requis. Le concours débute le 31 mai 2021 et prend fin le 26 juillet 2021 à 10h00.

Le concours est ouvert aux résidents canadiens seulement. Ne sont pas éligibles à ce concours : les employés et membres de la famille proche d’un employé ou personne vivant sous le même toit qu’un employé de Mix Mix.

 2. ENREGISTREMENT AU CONCOURS

Pour être admissible au concours, le participant doit :

Étape 1 : Remplissez le formulaire d'inscription

Étape 2 : Aimer / Partager le concours avec leurs amis pour avoir des chances supplémentaires de gagner.

3. PRIX

Le gagnant sera déterminé de manière aléatoire, à l’aide d’un système automatique.

Le gagnant recevra 2 robes de marque Mode Gitane. Mixmix.ca se réserve le droit de substituer le prix. Il s’agit de huit (8) prix à gagner, chaque prix étant évalué jusqu'à 115 $.

4. RÉCLAMATION DU PRIX

Le gagnant du concours sera tiré aux dates suivantes: 7, 14, 21, 28 juin et 5, 12, 19, 26 juillet à 10h00. La/le gagnant(e) sera affiché sur facebook et un courriel lui sera envoyé. Le gagnant doit nous répondre (par courriel au service@mixmix.ca ) et réclamer son prix avant le 15 août 2021. Si le gagnant ne répond pas dans le délai, Mixmix.ca attribuera le prix à un autre participant.

Le prix sera livré (adresse canadienne seulement) au gagnant (ou recueilli dans un de nos magasins, St-Hyacinthe ou Joliette) suite au contact avec ce dernier et la confirmation de ses coordonnées de livraison, en fonction du temps de livraison du fournisseur.

*Veuillez noter que si le prix est envoyé par la poste et que la taille ne convient pas, les frais d’échange ne sont pas couverts par Mix mix.

5. DÉCHARGE

Le prix doit être accepté tel qu’offert (couleur et modèle au choix, selon les disponibilités) et n’est ni transférable, ni échangeable en argent.

Le concours est soumis aux lois fédérales, provinciales et municipales.

6. DIFFÉREND

Tout différend quant à l’organisation ou à la conduite d’un concours publicitaire peut être soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux afin qu’il soit tranché. Un différend quant à l’attribution d’un prix peut être soumis à la Régie uniquement aux fins d’une intervention pour tenter de le régler.

RULES FOR THE GITANE DRESS CONTEST.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
 The personal information provided for the registration of the contest is provided to Mixmix.ca and not to Facebook, and will be used for this contest and you will be added to our mailing list.

1. ELIGIBILITY 

No purchase necessary. The contest begins on the 31st May, 2021, and ends on the 26th July, 2021, at 10am.

The contest is open to Canadian residents only, employees, members of the employee’s immediate family or person living with an employee of miXmiX are not eligible to enter the contest.

2. REGISTRATIONAND CONTEST DESCRIPTION.

To be eligible, the participant must:

Step 1: Fill out the entry form.

Step 2: Like/Share the contest with their friends for extra chances to win.

3. PRIZE

The winner will be randomly selected using an automated system.

The winner will receive 2 Gitane dresses. Mixmix.ca reserves the rights to substitute the prize. A total of huit (8) prizes will be awarded in this contest, each prize being valued up to $115.

4. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The winner of the contest will be selected on the following dates: June 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and July 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th 2021 at 10am.The winner will be announced on facebook and emailed. The winner has the obligation to reply to us (service@mixmix.ca) and collect their prize by the 15th August, 2021. If the winner doesn’t contact us within the delay, Mixmix.ca will assign the prize to another participant.

The prize will then be shipped to the winner (or alternatively collected in one of our stores, St-Hyacinthe or Joliette) as soon as the contact is established with Mixmix.ca and all the shipping information is validated, depending on the provider’s delays. 

* Please note that if the price is sent by post and the size is not right, the postage costs for the exchange are not covered by Mix mix.

5. WAIVERS

The prizes must be accepted as awarded (color and model depending on availability) and is not transferable. No cash value will be awarded in exchange of the prizes.

The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

6. DISPUTE

Any dispute regarding the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purposes of helping the parties reach a settlement.
