WIN A GRAMPIANS GETAWAY 

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Grampians Tourism (ABN 98 871 224 218) of 277 Grampians Road, Halls Gap VIC 3381 ("Promoter").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees of the Promoter and its associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens at 12:00am (AEST) on 1 April, 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 May, 2026 (“Competition Period”).

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry form via the official competition landing page and submit their details during the Competition Period.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Incomplete, indecipherable or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. The use of automated entry methods or multiple identities is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the following experiences:

OPTION 1: FAMILY ADVENTURE ESCAPE

For 2 adults and up to 3 children

Total Prize Value: $3,207.60

Includes:

- 4-night stay at Halls Gap Escape (Townhouse 2 or 6) – $1,677.60

- Rosehaven Farms personal tour – $100

- Lunch at Grampians Olive Co – $100

- Froyo at Spirit of Punjab – $75

- Family pass to Halls Gap Zoo – $110

- Dinner voucher at Halls Gap Hotel – $250

- Adventure Golf experience – $70

- Lunch at Adventure Café Bar – $100

- Dinner at Barney’s – $200

- $400 accommodation voucher for NRMA Halls Gap Holiday Park

OPTION 2: FRIENDS GETAWAY

For 4 adults
Total Prize Value: $3,153

Includes:

- 3-night stay at Grampians Under The Stars – $2,160

- 4 x passes to The Stick Shed – $48

- Lunch at Capital Bistro – $150

- 9 holes of golf in Horsham (including club hire) – $200

- Dinner at Paper Scissors Rock Brewery – $250

- 4 x passes to WAMA – $20

- Lunch at Salinger's Café – $175

- Wine tasting vouchers – $150

6. Prize Conditions

• Prize must be fully redeemed by 30 June 2027.
  
  

• Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply.
  
  

• Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to individual operator availability.
  
  

• Prize inclusions are subject to availability and may be substituted with experiences of equal value at the Promoter’s discretion.
  
  

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  
  

• Any additional expenses, including but not limited to travel to and from the Grampians, meals not listed, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.
  
  

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place on 1 June, 2026 at:

Halls Gap VIC 3381

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone by 3 June, 2026.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Privacy

By entering this competition, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and for future marketing communications by Grampians Wimmera Mallee Tourism.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Publicity

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the winner’s name, image and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

• any technical failure, interruption or delay affecting entry submission or competition administration
  
  

• any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the prize
  
  

• any variation in prize value
  
  

• any changes to prize inclusions due to circumstances beyond its control
  
  

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This competition is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
