Sweepstake Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   This sweepstake giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of LUMI, their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the sweepstake.

   To enter, participants must sign up for email marketing from LUMI. A valid email address must be provided, and participants must agree to receive marketing communications.

2. No Purchase Necessary

   No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway. Signing up for email marketing from LUMI is the only requirement for entry.

   Additional entries will be awarded for completing the social media actions listed on the post-submission page.

3. Entry Period

   The giveaway begins on 02/04/2025 at 9am, and ends on 06/04/2025 at 11:59pm (GMT/BST). Entries received before or after this period will not be accepted.

   The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items, unless otherwise stated.

   In the event that the advertised prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection

   Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.

   The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 30 days of the closing date.

   If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a new winner.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

   By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

   Participants’ data will be used for marketing purposes by LUMI. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

   This giveaway and its terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
