2.    Ways to Enter:

Eligible entrants may use one or more of the methods described below to receive one or more entries into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will not be responsible for any charges or expenses incurred by entrants in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes.

Entry Method #1: Sign Up For Email Newsletter & Text Messages (No Purchase Required, Message and Data Rates May Apply): Eligible entrants who sign up to receive Sponsor’s email newsletter AND text messages at www.rhoback.com during the Promotion Period will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. (If you were already signed up to receive Sponsor’s email newsletter AND text messages before the Promotion Period, you may receive an entry using this method by submitting an online form provided by Sponsor to opt-in to the Sweepstakes.) Entrants using this entry method must provide a valid e-mail address and a valid phone number capable of receiving text messages. If you elect to enter the Sweepstakes using this entry method, you agree to receive Sponsor’s email newsletter AND text messages until 11:59 pm ET on January 13th, 2025, but you may unsubscribe anytime thereafter. If you unsubscribe before then, you will not be eligible to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes using this entry method. In order to complete the sign up to receive Sponsor’s text messages, you must send a reply text message of “YES” to the initial text message sent by the Sponsor. You may only receive a maximum of one (1) entry for this entry method. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than one (1) entry using this method of entry, e.g., by use of aliases and/or alternative e-mail addresses or phone numbers, or any other method, will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified from participating in this Sweepstakes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TEXTS: Message and data rates may apply for each text message sent or received, and normal phone/usage/subscription access charges imposed by your phone service provider will apply. You are responsible for all such charges. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Not all telephone providers carry the service necessary to participate. You should consult your phone service provider’s pricing plans. By responding “YES” to the initial text sent by the Sponsor, you provide to the Sponsor your express consent to receive text messages using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to participate in the Sweepstakes. You may, at any time, choose to stop receiving texts by sending an optout text message stating “STOP”. If you send an opt-out text message, you will be sent a reply text message, which will confirm that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages. For help, text the word “HELP” to the number from which you receive the initial text message.

Entry Method #2: Entry via an Online Purchase: During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants who have first submitted an entry using Entry Method #1 (described above) or using Entry Method #5 (described below) will receive ten (10) additional entries for every order placed by the entrant on www.rhoback.com during the Promotion Period, subject to a limit of one order per day. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day shall mean a 24-hour period beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59 PM ET. If you place more than one (1) order on the same day during the Promotion Period, you will only earn additional entries for the first order placed during that day. Purchases made using a gift card (in whole or in part) are not eligible to receive entries. All purchases are subject to the Sponsor’s return policy. Your online consent to participate in the Sweepstakes is required to enter via an online purchase from the Sponsor. Internet access is required, and you are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your internet service provider or wireless carrier. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than ten (10) entries using this method of entry within a single day, e.g., by use of aliases and/or alternative e-mail addresses, alternate payment methods, or any other method, will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified from participating in this Sweepstakes. If you submit free mail-in entry forms, the number of additional entries you may receive using this entry method may be limited as described under Entry Method #5 below.

During the Promotion Period, you will also have the opportunity to opt-in to receive further email communications from the Sponsor. You are not required to opt-in for this service to participate in this Sweepstakes and opting-in will not increase your chances of winning. If you choose to opt-in, you thereby grants the Sponsor permission to send you future communications regarding incentives, offers, promotions, and other messaging related to the Sponsor’s products and services. You can unsubscribe from any such communications at any time.

Entry Method #3: Refer a Friend (No Purchase Required): During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants who have first submitted an entry using Entry Method #1 (described above) or using Entry Method #5 (described below) will receive one (1) additional entry (up to a maximum of five (5) additional entries using this entry method) for every friend they refer to Sponsor and the Sweepstakes using the referral form provided on www.rhoback.com during the Promotion Period. Each referral must be for a person who is not the entrant or a family member of the entrant, and each referral submission must provide valid contact information for the person referred. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than five (5) entries using this method of entry, e.g., by use of aliases and/or alternative e-mail addresses, or any other method, will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified from participating in this Sweepstakes.

If you elect to enter the Sweepstakes using this entry method, you agree to continue following each of Sponsor’s social accounts that you began following during the Promotion Period until 11:59 pm ET on January 13th, 2025, but you may unfollow anytime thereafter. If you unfollow before then, you will not be eligible to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes using this entry method for any of Sponsor’s social accounts you unfollow before then. You are not eligible to receive entries using this entry method for any of Sponsor’s social accounts you were already following before the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than five (5) entries using this method of entry within a single day, e.g., by use of aliases and/or alternative social accounts, or any other method, will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified from participating in this Sweepstakes.

3.    Prize Drawing: All Sweepstakes entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into a prize drawing held starting at 1:00pm ET on January 13, 2025. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Prize: The prize to be awarded from the Sweepstakes is one (1) grand prize consisting of the following (the “prize”):

•    Option 1: Two (2) tickets to the biggest game in college football held on January 20, 2025, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia (estimated retail value of $7,000), one (1) $2,000 flight voucher or gift card, one (1) $1,000 voucher or gift card for hotel accommodations, and one (1) $500 Rhoback Gift Card.

OR

•    Option 2: $5,000 cash prize (awarded in the form of a check).

The selected winner will be able to choose either of the above two options for the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part thereof, with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize, or any part thereof, is not available.

The value of the prize is taxable as income and winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 (or its equivalent) for the total value of the prize awarded as stated herein.

All expenses and incidentals not specifically identified under Option 1 above are not included as part of the prize and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to: ground transportation (including transportation to and from airports and transportation in Atlanta, Georgia), travel insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, internet access fees, tips, gratuities, taxes, and service charges as well as all other personal expenses. If, for any reason, the costs of the hotel accommodations or the flights selected by the winner exceed the amounts of the hotel gift card/voucher or the flight voucher/gift card, the winner will be solely responsible for such expenses.

4.    Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by e-mail within one (1) business day after the prize drawing is completed. In order to claim the prize, the winner must, within two (2) days of notification of being selected in the prize drawing, sign and return to Sponsor (a) a completed and signed IRS Form W-9, and (b) a completed and signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (in a form specified and provided by Sponsor). If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or if the IRS Form W-9 or Affidavit of Eligibility and Release are not timely received, are not signed by the entrant, or are incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining valid, eligible entries submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account specified in the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. Sponsor shall determine the authorized account holder in its sole discretion, and Sponsor’s determination shall be final and binding.

As stated above, the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by them and by the decisions of Sponsor authorized herein, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes.
