Sweepstakes Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Must be legally eligible to possess a firearm according to state and federal laws.
• Employees of Ammunition Depot and AR15.com and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period:

• The sweepstakes begins on November 15th, 2024 and ends on November 29th, 2024.
• Entries must be received by 11:59pm on November 29th.

3. How to Enter:

• Entries can be submitted via Viral Sweep.

4. Prize:

• 1 Rattlesnake Tactical AR-15 chambered in 5.56, 1 5.56 battle pack, 1 7.62 Battle Pack, 1 9mm Battle Pack.
• The winner will be notified by email via an Ammunitiondepot.com email address

5. Drawing:

• A random drawing will be held on December 2nd to select the winner.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Transfer of Prize:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Winners must comply with all applicable laws regarding the transfer of the firearm and may need to undergo background checks.

7. General Conditions:

• By entering, participants agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of the organizers, which are final.
• Ammunition Depot and AR15.com reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules.

8. Liability Release:

• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Ammunition Depot and AR15.com and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.

9. Governing Law:

• This sweepstakes is subject to the laws of Florida.

10. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the entry process will be used in accordance with Ammunition Depot's privacy policy.

• This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
