This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Makesy, Inc., located at 5020 Anderson Blvd Suite 200 Haltom City, TX 76117 (“Sponsor”). The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. The promotion begins on March 2, 2026 at 8am PST and ends on April 17th, 2026 at 11:59pm PST (“Promotion Period”), and entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Participants may enter by completing entry form; no purchase or payment is required to participate, and if purchases are mentioned anywhere in connection with the Promotion, a free alternative method of entry will be clearly provided; limit 1 entries per person/email/household unless otherwise stated, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or non-compliant entries. Winners will be selected either by random drawing conducted on or about [date] from all eligible entries received, with odds of winning dependent on the number of eligible entries received, or community voting. All decisions are final and binding. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes combined is $50,000 USD and may include cash and/or product prizes as described in the Promotion materials; number of winners: 1; no substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Potential winners will be notified via [email] within approximately 7 days following winner selection and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release; if a selected winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance, and prizes valued at $600 or more may require completion of a W-9 and issuance of an IRS Form 1099. By accepting a prize, contestants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion and is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected entries, technical failures, internet issues, or unauthorized human intervention. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or acceptance or use of any prize. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform used to promote the Promotion. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
