SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW The Natural Selection Tour Progressive Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is a promotional sweepstakes where prizes are progressively added based on the total number of eligible entries received. The number, type, and value of prizes — as well as the number of winners — may increase over time, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on October 9, 2025 and will remain open until concluded by the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to close the Sweepstakes at any time with at least seven (7) days’ notice, which will be provided via the Sweepstakes entry platform and/or Natural Selection Tour’s official channels. ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding residents of New York, Florida and Rhode Island), the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry and who reside in jurisdictions where participation in such sweepstakes is not prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, prize partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter or win. HOW TO ENTER To participate in the Sweepstakes: To enter during the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.naturalselectiontour.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the official digital entry form. ODDS Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prizes depend on the total number of eligible entries received. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION At the close of the Sweepstakes, Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. Selected winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification to claim their prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential Canadian winners must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of receiving a prize, in compliance with local laws. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and prize partners and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of their participation or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/DISPUTES Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that to the extent permitted by applicable law: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgements and awards will be limited to actual third-party, out of pocket costs incurred (if any) not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00), but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all right to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits and/or any other damages, other than actual out of pocket expenses not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00), and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (d) entrants’ remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. The arbitrator’s decision and award are final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
