Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT

INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding

Quebec) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Happy Home Connect,

GE Appliances, and Nesto Mortgages (the "Sponsors"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising

and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as their immediate family members or those

living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all

applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and

represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. All decisions by Happy Home Connect are

final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting July 4, 2025, at 12:00 AM (ET) and ending January 1,

2026, at 11:59 PM (ET). All entries must be received by this time to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

The Sweepstakes must be entered by completing and submitting the official entry form on the

designated contest website. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries via different

email addresses, devices, or other means may result in disqualification. Entries that are

incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Happy

Home Connect.

5. Prizes

One (1) winner will receive a kitchen appliance package valued at approximately $5,000 CAD,

provided by GE Appliances Canada and Happy Home Connect. The specific appliances will be determined by the sponsor and winner in order to optimize the prize value. No cash or other substitution is permitted unless determined by the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, provincial, and local taxes and expenses associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw conducted under the supervision of Happy Home

Connect within five (5) business days after the Sweepstakes ends. The potential winner will be

contacted via the email provided at entry. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to

claim the prize within 15 days, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.

Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-

limited mathematical skill-testing question.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant Happy Home Connect, its agents, licensees, and

affiliates, the irrevocable right to use your name, likeness, voice, image, entry, and any

statements about the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes

worldwide in any media, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms & Conditions

Happy Home Connect reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the

Sweepstakes if any cause beyond its control corrupts the fairness or integrity of the contest. Any

attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil

laws. Happy Home Connect reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the

entry process or violating these rules.

10. CASL & Communications Consent

By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to be contacted by Happy Home Connect 

Mortgages for promotional purposes, including phone calls, text messages, email newsletters

and future campaign offers. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the

unsubscribe link in any communication.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Happy Home Connect and its affiliates,

employees, agents, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from

participation or prize use. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under

applicable Ontario consumer protection laws.

12. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. All disputes arising from or

connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts

located in Ontario, without resort to any form of class action. Participants waive all rights to

punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and agree to recover only out-of-pocket costs

directly associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
