1. Eligibility:
   The RideWithUs 2025 Motorcycle Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to those who sign up at the online Giveaway page and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and is void where prohibited by law. Not available in Alaska and Hawaii or surrounding islands. Employees of Motorcycle Industry Council, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
   
   
2. Agreement to Rules:
   By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Motorcycle Industry Council, Inc. as final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws.
   
   
3. Giveaway Period:
   Entries will be accepted online starting on June 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) and ending on June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). All online entries must be received by June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time).
   
   
4. How to Enter:
   You may enter the Giveaway by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. All entries must fulfill the Giveaway requirements to be eligible to win. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Motorcycle Industry Council, Inc. You may enter only once and must provide all requested information. Multiple entries using different emails, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification. The Giveaway may also be entered by submitting a postcard by U.S. Mail, including the name of the Entrant, their mailing address, their e-mail address, and their phone number, along with “RWU 2025 Instagram Giveaway” written on the postcard to: Motorcycle Industry Council, Inc., c/o RWU 2025 Instagram Giveaway, 2 Jenner, Irvine, California, 92618, United States.  All “write-in” entries must be received no later than close of business on June 30th 2025.  There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per Entrant.  Each postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Giveway.  Multiple entries submitted or completed by, or on behalf of, an individual Entrant, are void.  No mechanical reproductions will be accepted.  Write-in entries must contain all items outlined above; otherwise, they are void and shall not be eligible to win.
   
   

5. Prizes:
   The prize consists of one (1) 2024 Triumph Scrambler 400X motorcycle, upgraded with the following aftermarket parts: screen fitting kit, coasted screen, sump guard, tank pad, high mudguard, and rugged pannier mount. The approximate retail value of the prize is $6,300.
   
   

Winner is not guaranteed and the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual value may vary at time of prize award. Prize specifics are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. All federal, state, and local taxes and other expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds:
   Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
   The winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor and notified via email within five (5) days of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for email delivery issues including spam filters or incorrect contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days of notification, or fails to return required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
   
   
8. Rights Granted by You:
   By entering, you grant Motorcycle Industry Council, Inc., and its licensees the right to use your entry, name, image, voice, and statements for promotional purposes worldwide, in any media, without compensation or further notice, unless prohibited by law.
   
   
9. Terms & Conditions:
   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
   
   
10. Limitation of Liability:
    By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Motorcycle Industry Council, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of participation or prize use, including but not limited to technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the Sponsor's control.
    
    
11. Disputes:
    THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, California. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
