Official Rules for the Apple Watch Ultra 2 Giveaway

By entering this giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by the entity running the giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins when the entry form becomes available and ends when the giveaway is closed. Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the designated giveaway page and completing the entry form. Additional bonus entries may be earned by completing optional actions as described on the entry form. Limit one (1) initial entry per person.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Hermes Apple watch (Approximate Retail Value: $1200). Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the prize.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

9. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Sponsor is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Winner List

To obtain a copy of the winner’s name, send a request via email to the Sponsor within 60 days of the end of the Sweepstakes.
