The Burnaby Halloween Festival Grand Prize Contest: No purchase required. Contest begins on October 4, 2024, at 9:00am PST and ends on October 18, 2024, at 9:00am PST. 1 winner will be selected. There is a total of 1 prize available to be won. The winner will receive four tickets to Pumpkins After Dark, two tickets to the MastersFX Monster Museum, two tickets to the Halloween Candlelight Concert on Oct. 26, two tickets to Jokers Canada at The Rec Room on Oct. 30, and a Burnaby Halloween Festival swag bag, for a prize package valued at $450.
