2019 KINOBODY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE OFFICIAL RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. Eligibility: The 2019 Kinobody Transformation Challenge (the “Giveaway”) open to Kinobody members who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in Entrant’s place of residence at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Entrant may not be a national or legal permanent resident of the province of Quebec (Canada) or the following countries: Burma, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. Entrants may not be members of any guild, union, or other organization that may prohibit them from participating in this Giveaway and that would restrict, require due payment or otherwise have the right to oppose such Entrant’s participation in this Giveaway. Employees, contractors, members, and agents of Kinobody, LLC and The Better Foundation, LLC, and members of their immediate family (including spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household with any such individuals are ineligible. Except as otherwise permitted herein, only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. If an Entrant submits multiple entries, the last entry will be accepted and the others will be discarded. In order to be eligible, Entrant must follow these Rules. Failure to comply with these Rules will result in ineligibility of Entrant. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsors: This Giveaway is sponsored by Kinobody, LLC located at 1980 8th St, Boulder CO 80302 (collectively, “Sponsor”).

3. Enrollment Period: The Giveaway Enrollment Period begins at approximately 12:01 am ET on December 28, 2018 and ends at approximately 11:59 pm ET on January 8, 2019 (the “Enrollment Period”).

4. How to Enter: To enter, Entrants must fill out the online registration form for the 2019 Kinobody Transformation Challenge (the “Transformation Challenge”) on the Giveaway landing page at https://my.kinobody.com/p/transformation-2019/ and complete the before picture submission inside the members area. False, deceptive, or incomplete entries shall render the Entrant ineligible. By submitting their e-mail address, Entrant consents to receiving future marketing and promotional materials from Sponsor.

5. Winner Selection: At the conclusion of the contest entries will be submitted for a public voting period. Winners will be publicly announced at the conclusion of the public voting period. The Selected Entrants will be notified via the e-mail address used to register for the Giveaway and the Transformation Challenge. Sponsor shall have no liability for any notification to Selected Winner that is lost, intercepted, delayed, or not received by the Selected Winner for any reason.

6. Bonus Winners: Weekly giveaways may be offered during the period. One (1) entrant will be randomly selected from the entries each week via Instagram hashtags from all eligible entries received. The Selected Entrants will be notified via the e-mail address used to register for the Giveaway and the Transformation Challenge. Sponsor shall have no liability for any notification to Selected Winner that is lost, intercepted, delayed, or not received by the Selected Winner for any reason.

7. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

8. Prizes:
Three divisions are offered: Men’s Fat Loss, Men’s Muscle Building and a Women’s combined Fat
Loss & Muscle Building.
First place in each division includes $2000 USD cash prize, a Kinobody Belt, the Complete
Kinobody Fitness bundle, three (3) bottles of Octane, Sleep, Gains & Aminos.
Second place in each division includes $1000 USD cash prize, a Kinobody Belt, the Complete
Kinobody Fitness bundle, two (2) bottles of Octane, Sleep, Gains & Aminos.
Third place in each division includes $500 USD cash prize, a Kinobody Belt, the Complete Kinobody
Fitness bundle, one (1) bottle of Octane, Sleep, Gains & Aminos.
Fourth place in each division includes $250 USD cash prize, a Kinobody Belt, the Complete
Kinobody Fitness bundle, one (1) bottle of Octane and Sleep.
Fifth place in each division includes $100 USD cash prize, a Kinobody Belt, the Complete Kinobody
Fitness bundle, one (1) bottle of Octane and Sleep.
No transfer or substitution for any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the
Sponsor due to unavailability of prizes for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation,
scheduling conflicts, or force majeure. Any remaining components of the prize will be awarded and
the Sponsors’ obligation to the Selected Winners will be fulfilled, and no additional compensation
will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to transfer or substitute prizes of equal or greater value
