My little tenderpup, Ridge was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes a year ago. He is a little Yorkie. He lost a lot of weight and was weak. He went blind 2 months after his diagnosis. We both cried a lot the next two months. Ridge had a lot of accidents because he could not see, for example, knocking over his water or food bowl. The Tineco Floor One S9 Artist Pro helped us both! Literally, he wouldn’t hurt a fly, because he picked one up very carefully that was still alive and carried it to his bed, put it down, and laid next to it as it walked around and wagged his tail watching it.

Tineco will evaluate eligible entries based on creativity, photo quality, storytelling, and relevance to the event theme.
Return to the event page between 9.2–9.4 to check the official selection results and announcement.

Each account may submit one entry only.
The Tineco Owner Track is open only to customers who have purchased a Tineco product.
Entries must be original and created by the participant.
AI-generated images, stolen works, or images copied from the internet are not allowed.
Eligible entries will be officially selected by Tineco based on creativity, photo quality, storytelling, and relevance to the event theme.
Each account may participate in one track only: Tineco Owner or Pet Lover.
Participation in both tracks is not allowed.
If the same account submits entries to both tracks, only the first successfully submitted entry will be retained.
All subsequent entries will be invalid.
If multiple entries are submitted within the same track, the first successfully submitted entry will be considered the final entry for Tineco Owners.
For Pet Lovers, the entry with the highest number of valid votes will be considered the final entry.
Tineco may verify customer status based on purchase records or the submitted Tineco order number.
If the selected track does not match the participant's actual customer status, Tineco reserves the right to move the entry to the appropriate track or disqualify the participant.
Tineco reserves the right to verify the submitted Tineco order number.
Any false, invalid, or misused order information, or other violations, may result in disqualification from the event.
Eligible participants will receive a participation coupon after completing a valid entry.
The coupon is limited to one per participant.
If a participant is selected under multiple categories, only the selection with the highest value will apply.
The participation coupon is not counted as a test product and can be received in addition.
Each participant may be selected as a tester under only one (1) track.
If a participant is selected under both tracks, Tineco reserves the right to determine which selection shall apply and to void the other.
Test products and benefits cannot be combined across tracks or exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, or other products.
Selected testers must confirm the required test product arrangement information within the specified period.
Failure to do so will be considered a voluntary waiver, and the test opportunity may be offered to the next eligible applicant.
By submitting an entry, you authorize Tineco and its affiliates to display, publish and otherwise use your submitted entry in connection with the event, including on the event page, official websites, social media and other official channels.
You also authorize Tineco to collect, use and process the information you provide for the purposes of event management and, if selected, test product arrangement and refund processing.
Selected testers will acquire the test product by redeeming the gift card issued by Tineco.
Upon timely submission of the required feedback on the purchased test machine, the feedback must consist of:
Tineco reserves the right to review all submissions.
Entries that do not meet the event requirements may not be displayed or may be disqualified.
Participants retain the copyright to their submissions.
By participating, you grant Tineco and its affiliates a royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit, crop, format, combine, adapt, and otherwise reasonably use your submission without changing its core content.
Tineco may use submissions on its official websites, event pages, social media, email campaigns, advertising, brand promotions, and other official channels, without additional notice or payment.
This authorization is limited to Tineco's brand promotion, marketing, and related operational activities.
By participating in the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
In the event of force majeure, system failures, or other exceptional circumstances, Tineco reserves the right to reasonably adjust the event timeline, benefits, rules, or other arrangements.
Any changes will be announced on the event page.
If false information, prohibited content, malicious cheating, or other violations of the event rules are discovered, Tineco reserves the right to disqualify the participant and revoke any test products or benefits already provided, where applicable.
Rest assured, the test product you receive is exactly the same as what you would purchase at retail.
It is not a refurbished, pre-owned, demo or special test unit.
It comes with standard packaging, accessories, and the same warranty and after-sales support as any regular purchase.
The Tineco Pet Day is a product tester recruitment initiative. By submitting an entry, you apply to become a Tineco product tester.
Selected testers will receive a gift card / voucher / redemption code to purchase a product for testing, provided as the consideration for participating in the product testing.
For the avoidance of doubt, wherever the terms "prize", "reward", "benefit" or any similar terms appear in these rules or the applicable materials, they refer to the opportunity to participate in the product trial.
