Through this year’s theme, “Then & Now: Recreate in Color,” we invite artists around the world to revisit a meaningful past creation and bring it back to life using your current skills, techniques, and favorite tools.
Maybe it’s an old drawing from years ago, a coloring page you once loved, a handmade DIY craft or a creative project that still holds special memories. No matter your art style or experience level, this challenge is about celebrating how far you’ve come as a creator 💛

1. How To Enter
• Take a photo of your old artwork, coloring page, DIY craft, journal spread, or handmade project together with your newly recreated version
• Fill out the entry form and upload your submission
• Add a title and short description sharing your inspiration or creative journey
2. Art Criteria
• Traditional & handmade artwork only
• No digital art, AI-generated content, traced artwork, or fanart
• Accepted categories: Illustration (traditional hand-drawn artwork), Coloring (hand-colored coloring pages), and DIY & Craft (handmade creative projects using art supplies)
• Submit your old and recreated/new artwork together in one entry
• Entries must reflect the theme: “Then & Now: Recreate in Color”
• All submissions must be original and created by the participant
• Please upload clear, high-quality photos of your artwork
3. Timeline
• May 29, 2026 — Competition Begins
• July 3, 2026 — Submission Deadline
• July 4-12, 2026 — Community Voting Period
• July 10-20, 2026 — Judges Review Period
• July 31, 2026 — Winners Announced
4. Winners Selection & Ohuhu Judges Team
For Ohuhu’s 10th Anniversary Art Competition, all eligible submissions will be carefully reviewed by the official Ohuhu Judges Team.
This year, our Judges Team includes 3 Illustration Judges, 2 Coloring Judges, 2 DIY & Craft Judges, and our special Ohuhu Honored Judge, @drawingwiffwaffles, who has been part of Ohuhu’s creative journey for many years.
Each judge will help review artworks based on creativity, theme interpretation, storytelling, craftsmanship, and overall presentation.

6. Terms & Conditions
• Worldwide entries are welcome
• Entries must be submitted by individual artists only (no teams or group submissions)
• Traditional & handmade artwork only — no digital art, AI-generated content, traced artwork, or fanart
• All submissions must be original and created by the participant
• Artwork must not be submitted to other competitions (sharing on personal social media is allowed)
• Participants may submit up to 3 entries in total across the Illustration, Coloring, and DIY & Craft categories, with a maximum of 1 submission per category
• Ohuhu reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet the official competition guidelines
• By entering the competition, participants agree that Ohuhu may repost or feature submitted artwork with proper credit for promotional and community purposes
