OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR SCORE OR OPPORTUNITY TO WIN. THIS IS A JUDGED PHOTO CONTEST, NOT A RANDOM DRAWING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The No Explanation: Okayest Hunter Moments Photo Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Base Layer Media, LLC, operating as Okayest Hunter (“Sponsor”), located at [SPONSOR MAILING ADDRESS]. Questions may be directed to sales@okayesthunter.com.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence when entering.]

Employees, owners, Contest judges, and anyone directly involved in administering the Contest, together with their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to win. The Contest is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Entry Period

The Contest begins November 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Entry Period”). Central Time observes daylight saving time where applicable. ViralSweep’s server clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit the official Contest entry page at [CONTEST PAGE URL], complete the required fields, upload one eligible photo, and agree to these Official Rules.

Limit one entry and one photo per person during the entire Entry Period. Using multiple email addresses or identities to submit additional entries is prohibited. If duplicate entries are received, only the first eligible entry will be considered.

Photos must be submitted through the official entry form. Social media posts, comments, direct messages, and email submissions do not count as entries.

No purchase, social media follow, sharing activity, or marketing email subscription is required. Optional marketing consent does not affect eligibility or judging.

5. Photo Requirements

Submit a real hunting, scouting, or deer camp moment that fits the Okayest Hunter spirit of humor, humility, and relatability. Photos taken before the Entry Period are eligible.

One photo. No caption, backstory, explanation, or added text.

Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and HEIC, with a maximum file size of 10 MB. Basic cropping, exposure adjustments, and color correction are permitted. AI-generated images, composites, and edits that materially change what happened are not permitted.

Entrants must own the copyright to their submitted photo and have authority to grant the permissions described in these Rules. Being pictured in a photo does not, by itself, establish ownership.

Entrants must have permission from every identifiable person pictured for submission and the uses described in these Rules. If a minor is identifiable, permission must come from that minor’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor may request evidence of ownership or permission.

Entries must not:

• Infringe another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

• Include nudity, sexual content, hate speech, targeted harassment, or threats.

• Depict unlawful hunting activity, trespassing, animal cruelty, or dangerous conduct undertaken to create an entry.

• Include another person’s private information without permission.

• Be stolen, fabricated, or otherwise misleading.

Lawful hunting and harvest photos are permitted, subject to Sponsor’s review for excessively graphic content. No one should create or repeat an unsafe situation to enter this Contest.

Sponsor may reject or disqualify entries that violate these Rules.

6. Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

A panel selected by Okayest Hunter will evaluate eligible entries using the following weighted criteria:

40% Relatability: How well the photo captures an authentic, recognizable “yep, been there” hunting, scouting, or deer camp moment.

35% Humor: How effectively the photo delivers humor consistent with Okayest Hunter’s self-aware, good-natured approach to hunting.

25% Visual Storytelling: How clearly and effectively the photo communicates the moment without a caption or explanation. Professional equipment and technical polish are not required.

Each judge will score each criterion from 0 to 100. Scores will be multiplied by the applicable percentage and added to produce a total out of 100. Judges’ totals will be averaged to determine each entry’s final score.

The 10 highest-scoring eligible entries will be designated finalists. If fewer than 10 eligible entries are received, all eligible entries may be finalists. The highest-scoring eligible entry will be the potential grand-prize winner, subject to verification.

Ties will be resolved by the higher average Relatability score, followed by Humor, followed by Visual Storytelling. If a tie remains, an additional impartial judge will evaluate the tied entries using the same weighted criteria.

Judging will be completed by November 30th, 2026.

7. No Public Voting

There is no public voting.

Sponsor may share selected entries during or after the Contest. Comments on shared photos may inform judges’ interpretation of the stated criteria, but likes, reactions, shares, views, and comment totals are not votes and do not earn points or constitute a separate scoring category.

An entry does not have to be shared publicly to qualify or win. Being shared, featured, or discussed does not mean an entry has been selected as a finalist or winner.

Judges will evaluate the submitted photo without requesting a backstory. Requests to verify eligibility, photo ownership, or permissions do not constitute requests for judging explanations.

8. Prize

One verified winner will receive:

Shirt, Hat, Hoodie, Stickers.

Total approximate retail value: $200 USD.

Only the prize listed above is promised. Sponsor may provide additional unsolicited gifts at its discretion, but those gifts are not guaranteed and are not part of the advertised prize.

The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable by the winner. If a listed item becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Available sizes, colors, and styles will be coordinated with the winner.

Sponsor will pay standard shipping to the winner’s eligible U.S. address. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes and expenses not expressly included. No fee or purchase is required to claim the prize.

Finalist status does not include a prize unless expressly stated in these Rules.

9. Winner Notification and Announcement

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry by November 30th 2026. The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days and may be asked to verify eligibility, photo ownership, permissions, and shipping information.

If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be verified, declines the prize, or violates these Rules, the prize may be offered to the next highest-scoring eligible entrant.

The verified winner is scheduled to be announced on the Okayest Hunter podcast on [DECEMBER 2026 ANNOUNCEMENT DATE] and may also be announced on Sponsor’s website, social channels, and email communications. Entrants do not need to attend or listen to the announcement to win.

10. Photo Ownership and Permission to Share

Entrants retain ownership of their photos.

By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for three years following the close of the Contest to reproduce, display, publish, distribute, resize, and crop the submitted photo for administering, judging, publicizing, and recapping this Contest and promoting future editions of this Contest.

Permitted channels include Okayest Hunter’s website, social media, email, podcast, video, and related Contest promotional materials. Existing Contest posts and recordings may remain available as historical archives after the three-year period.

Sponsor may identify entrants by first name, last initial, and state, and may include a social media handle voluntarily provided by the entrant. Email addresses, shipping addresses, and other private contact details will not be published as part of Contest publicity.

Entrants understand that photos may be discussed with good-natured humor and may receive public comments. This permission does not authorize harassment, false statements, or materially misleading edits.

No additional compensation or approval is required for the uses described above, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to publish any entry. Uses unrelated to the Contest, including merchandise production or licensing photos to partners for their independent advertising, require separate permission.

11. Privacy and Communications

Information collected will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact entrants, and fulfill the prize, consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.okayesthunter.com/policies/privacy-policy.

ViralSweep and other service providers may process entry information on Sponsor’s behalf to operate the Contest.

Entering does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing emails. Marketing consent is optional and separate from agreement to these Rules. Administrative Contest messages may be sent regardless of marketing preferences.

12. Fair Administration

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, violates these Rules, or attempts to improperly influence judging.
