🐾 PET DAY — PET LOVER RULES

1. 📅 Event Timeline

② Voting Period: 8.29–9.1

2. 📬 How to Participate

① Submit Your Entry · 8.21–8.27

Visit the event page and select the Pet Lover Track to submit your entry.

After submitting, wait 3–5 minutes and return to the submission page. Click “OPEN GALLERY” to check whether your entry has been successfully submitted.

If your entry is not displayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

② Come Back & Vote · 8.29–9.1

Return to the event page during the voting period and vote for your favorite entry.

Each account may vote once only.

③ Check the Results · 9.2–9.4

The Top 3 entries with the highest number of valid votes will be selected as the product testers.

Winners will be announced on the event page between 9.2–9.4.

Selected testers will also receive test product arrangement instructions via email.

3. 📸 Submission Rules

① Required Content

Your entry must include:

• 1 clear photo featuring your pet
• 1 pet story of at least 50 words

② Entry Limit

Each account may submit one entry only.

③ Voting Limit

Once an entry passes review, it will enter the voting period.

Each account may vote once only.

④ Originality

Entries must be original and created by the participant.

AI-generated images, stolen works, or images copied from the internet are not allowed.

⑤ Fair Voting

Any form of vote manipulation, fake likes, malicious solicitation, automated voting, or other cheating is strictly prohibited.

Violations will result in disqualification from the event.

4. 🎁 Tester & Benefit Requirements

① Participation Benefit & Selection Limit

Eligible participants will receive a participation coupon after completing a valid entry.

The coupon is limited to one per participant.

If a participant is selected under multiple categories, only the selection with the highest value will apply.

The participation coupon is not counted as a test product and can be received in addition.

② One Selection Only (No Combination)

Each participant may be selected as a tester under only one (1) track.

If a participant is selected under both tracks, Tineco reserves the right to determine which selection shall apply and to void the other.

Test products and benefits cannot be combined across tracks or exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, or other products.

③ Confirm Your Test Product

Selected testers must confirm the required delivery and contact information within the specified period so that the test product can be arranged.

Failure to do so will be considered a voluntary waiver, and the test opportunity may be offered to the next eligible applicant.

④ Content & Information Authorization

By submitting an entry, you authorize Tineco and its affiliates to display, publish and otherwise use your submitted entry in connection with the event, including on the event page, official websites, social media and other official channels.

You also authorize Tineco to collect, use and process the information you provide for the purposes of event management and, if selected, test product arrangement and refund processing.

⑤ How does the test product purchase and refund work for Pet Lover?

Selected testers will acquire the test product by redeeming the voucher issued by Tineco.

At the time of purchase, the selected tester will be required to pay a partial amount toward the purchase price (e.g., EUR 50 / USD 50 / CAD 50 / PLN 200, as applicable in the relevant market and as specified in the applicable instructions).

Upon timely submission of the required feedback on the purchased test machine, consisting of:

• A product experience review of at least 50 words
• Three (3) authentic lifestyle photographs

Tineco will refund the said partial amount to the selected tester.

Failure to submit the required feedback within the specified period shall be deemed a waiver of the refund.

⑥ Tester Feedback Requirements

Participants selected for new product trials must submit their feedback within the specified period following receipt of the test product.

The feedback must include:

• A product experience review of at least 50 words
• Three (3) authentic lifestyle photographs

Failure to complete the required feedback within the specified period shall be deemed a waiver of the refund.

5. 💡 General Pet Day Rules

① One Track Only

Each account may participate in one track only: Tineco Owner or Pet Lover.

Participation in both tracks is not allowed.

② Duplicate Tracks

If the same account submits entries to both tracks, only the first successfully submitted entry will be retained.

All subsequent entries will be invalid.

③ Duplicate Entries

If multiple entries are submitted within the same track, the first successfully submitted entry will be considered the final entry for Tineco Owners.

For Pet Lovers, the entry with the highest number of valid votes will be considered the final entry.

④ Track Verification

Tineco may verify customer status based on purchase records or proof of purchase.

If the selected track does not match the participant's actual customer status, Tineco reserves the right to move the entry to the appropriate track or disqualify the participant.

⑤ Purchase Verification

Tineco reserves the right to verify the authenticity of proof of purchase.

Any forged, altered, or misused proof of purchase, or other violations, will result in disqualification from the event and any test products/benefits.

6. 🔔 Important Notes

① Content Review & Disqualification

Tineco reserves the right to review all submissions.

Entries that do not meet the event requirements, contain false information or prohibited content, or involve vote manipulation, malicious cheating, or other violations may be rejected, disqualified, or removed.

Tineco may also revoke any test products or benefits already provided, where applicable.

② Content Usage

Participants retain the copyright to their submissions.

By participating, you grant Tineco and its affiliates a royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit, crop, format, combine, adapt, and otherwise reasonably use your submission without changing its core content.

Tineco may use submissions on its official websites, event pages, social media, email campaigns, advertising, brand promotions, and other official channels, without additional notice or payment.

This authorization is limited to Tineco's brand promotion, marketing, and related operational activities.

③ Event Changes

In the event of force majeure, system failures, or other exceptional circumstances, Tineco reserves the right to reasonably adjust the event timeline, benefits, rules, or other arrangements.

Any changes will be announced on the event page.

④ Agreement

By participating in the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these event rules.

⑤ Is the test product a special or refurbished unit?

Rest assured, the test product you receive is exactly the same as what you would purchase at retail.

It is not a refurbished, pre-owned, demo or special test unit.

It comes with standard packaging, accessories, and the same warranty and after-sales support as any regular purchase.

About This Event

The Tineco Pet Day is a product tester recruitment initiative. By submitting an entry, you apply to become a Tineco product tester.

Selected testers will receive a gift card / voucher / redemption code to purchase a product for testing, provided as the consideration for participating in the product testing.

For the avoidance of doubt, wherever the terms "prize", "reward", "benefit" or any similar terms appear in these rules or the applicable materials, they refer to the opportunity to participate in the product trial.
