ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES IS FREE. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Sponsor: The Sponsors of the Sweepstakes prizes are Purple Media on behalf of Taiwan Tourism Administration, China Airlines, EVA Air.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to those who sign up for the competition, are 19 years of age as of the date of entry, and are residents of Canada. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you (the "entrant") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. You should solely contact Purple Media with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on February 16, 2026, at 00:01 AM PST and ends on May 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

1. Visit this page (bit.ly/catchthewavesofwonder) and enter your details as per the submission form to earn 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.
2. To earn additional entries, you should take a selfie with any of our ads on Vancouver's transit systems (SkyTrain, SeaBus, and West Coast Express) and share that photo with us. Additional entries will be earned as follows: 5 extra entries for a selfie with the outside of the SkyTrain shared publicly to social media with the hashtag #TaiwanWavesOfWonder; 3 extra entries for a selfie with any of posters or in station ads shared publicly to social media with the hashtag #TaiwanWavesOfWonder; and 2 entries for either of the above uploaded as an image directly to this page.

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes may lead to disqualification.

Prizes:

• 2 x China Airlines Economy Class ticket to Taiwan (1 winner gets both tickets)
• 2 x EVA Air Economy Class tickets to Taiwan (1 winner gets both tickets)
• 20 x Taiwan-branded folding bags + authentic Taiwanese teabags
• 10 x Taiwan-branded sock boxes
• 5 x OhBear dual-use neck rests

• Smaller Prizes: Additional smaller prizes will be drawn throughout the competition period. Winners of smaller prizes will not be eligible for the grand prizes.

All prizes must be collected from the Taiwan Tourism Information Center in Vancouver, located at Unit 626, 6081 No. 3 Rd, Richmond, BC V6Y 2B1, at a pre-agreed time.

The grand prizes will be drawn within 10 working days of the competition's closing date.

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor's discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, and any prize-related expenses (such as taxes) are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Draw Dates:

• Monday, 6th April: 20 runners up prizes (20 x Foldable Taiwan bags + Tea Boxes)

• Monday, 20th April: 15 runners up prizes (5 X OhBear dual-use neck rest & 10 X Socks Boxes)

• Monday, 4th May: The China Airlines flight ticket winner (Details of the winner will be announced after contact has been established and the prize accepted.)

• Tuesday, 19th May: EVA Air flight tickets winner (Details of the winner will be announced after contact has been established and the prize accepted.)

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be contacted via the email provided during entry, and they will have 5 working days to respond. If no response is received within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. Winners will be announced on the following Taiwan Tourism Administration social media accounts:

Rights Granted by Entrants: By submitting an entry, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your photo, name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. You warrant that your entry is original and does not violate any third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising agencies, and partners from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance of any prize.

Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by a court located in British Columbia.

Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
