Terms and Conditions

1.Please agree to our Terms & Conditions to participate in the contest.

 One entry is allowed per individual.

 The contest is applicable to Singapore residents only

 Prizes will only be sent to Singapore addresses.

 The jury’s decision will be final.

 The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.

2. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s side to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice, and/or likeness by From India for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

3. The winner of the contest will be announced on May 9^th, 2021.

4. If there are more than one correct entry, the winner will be selected through a lucky draw on Facebook Live. In the event of no correct entries, then the closest answer will be selected.

5. From India shall not under any circumstance whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising out of any cause beyond From India’s reasonable control or any malfunctioning, defect in, failure of any of the prizes, or any loss of the use of the prize.

6. Associates of From India and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the contest.

7. From India has the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
