OFFICIAL RULES — Reef × Crawley Town FC26 Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The “Reef × Crawley Town FC26 Giveaway” (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Reef Technology Ltd., registered under the laws of the British Virgin Islands with its registered office at PO BOX 4342, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“Sponsor”).

Crawley Town FC is a collaborating partner but is not the legal sponsor of this Promotion.

2. Eligibility

Open worldwide to individuals who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entrants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its partners, and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

• Launch: Friday, November 14
• End: Wednesday, November 19 at 11:59 PM (UTC)
• Winner Announcement: By Wednesday, November 26

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

1. Follow Crawley Town and Reef Chain on Instagram.

2. Share the official giveaway post as an Instagram Story.

3. Create a Reef Wallet via the Reef mobile app (iOS/Android) or browser extension.

4. Submit:

   • Your Reef wallet address

All steps must be completed for a valid entry.

5. Limitations & Conditions

• One entry per person.

• Automated entries, bots, or fraudulent methods are prohibited.

• Sponsor may disqualify any entry that violates these rules.

6. Prizes

A total of 13 winners will be selected:

Grand Prizes:

• 1× EA FC26 (PS5 Edition)

• 1× EA FC26 (Xbox Edition)

• Life-size Crawley Town FC26 Ultimate Team Cards, signed by the Crawley Town FC team (quantity determined by Sponsor)

Bonus Prizes (10 winners):

• $10 worth of $REEF tokens, based on the token price at the time the campaign closes.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV):

Values vary based on region and token price. Prize values will not be substituted or converted.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

7. Crypto Prize Disclaimer

Digital asset prizes (e.g., $REEF tokens):

• May be subject to taxes, volatility, and legal restrictions depending on your jurisdiction.

• Winner is responsible for all tax reporting or regulatory compliance in their country.

• Sponsor is not responsible for fluctuations in token value.

• Entrants must have a valid Reef wallet address to receive tokens.

If crypto distribution is restricted in a winner’s jurisdiction, Sponsor may substitute an alternative prize of equal value.

8. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified:

• By email (via the ViralSweep system), and/or

• By direct message on Instagram

Winners must respond within 5 days. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Verification

Sponsor may require winners to verify identity, eligibility, and compliance with these rules before awarding prizes.

11. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, username, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity

• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical errors

• Delayed or lost submissions

• Internet or platform outages

• Incorrect data submitted by entrants

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
Entrants release Instagram of all responsibility related to this Promotion.

14. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Privacy

Information submitted via the ViralSweep form will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and ViralSweep’s privacy practices.
