Official Rules – Mother’s Day Giveaway

A Race Against Blindness

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by A Race Against Blindness (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Mother’s Day Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Washington State) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on May 5, 2026 and ends on May 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (Arizona time) (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase, donation, or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Participants may enter using the following methods:

Online Entry (1 Entry):

Social Media Entry (Up to 10 Entries):

Tag another user in the comments of the designated Giveaway post on Instagram. Each unique tag counts as one (1) entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per participant.

To receive credit for social media entries, participants must provide their Instagram handle on the official entry form. Tags that cannot be matched to a valid form submission will not be counted.

Entries must comply with platform policies and may not include inappropriate or unlawful content.

By submitting an entry, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. Consent to receive emails is required for entry. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

Confirmation of entry will be provided via email for valid form submissions only. Social media entries (e.g., Instagram tags) will not receive individual confirmation and are subject to verification by Sponsor.

5. Entry Limits

Maximum of eleven (11) total entries per person (1 form entry + up to 10 social media entries). Multiple entries beyond this limit may be disqualified.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a curated Mother’s Day gift basket selected by Sponsor (exact items displayed in the photo below), with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $500.

The gift basket includes the following items:

Two (2) ceramic mugs (including “Mama” and heart design styles)

Two (2) insulated tumblers (including a Stanley tumbler and a handled checkered tumbler)

One (1) Kendra Scott necklace

One (1) handwritten note from the Sponsor

Prize Alternative:

At the winner’s option, the prize may be substituted for a $500 Target gift card in lieu of receiving the physical gift basket items.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed item with another item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prize is non-transferable and no further cash substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days following the end of the Giveaway. *THE WINNER WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED VIA SOCIAL MEDIA. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or attempts to tamper with the Giveaway.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless A Race Against Blindness and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Target, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform used in connection with the Giveaway.

12. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.
