 OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor: The Groove Cruise Miami 2027 Balcony Stateroom Giveaway for Two (the Contest) is sponsored by Whet Travel Inc., 501 East Las Olas Blvd, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL (the Sponsor). The Sponsor is responsible for all aspects of the Contest. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.

2. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Whet Travel Inc., EDMtrain, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners, suppliers, and immediate family or household members are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all local, state, and federal laws. Void where prohibited. Winner and guest must meet all Royal Caribbean travel and ID requirements, including holding a valid passport or government-approved identification.

3. Contest Period: Entries open on November 24, 2024 at 12:00 AM ET and close December 9, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET. All entries must be received during this window. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter: Enter through the ViralSweep form provided on this site. Entries must meet all stated requirements. Incomplete entries may be disqualified. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries through different emails, identities, or devices may result in disqualification. Fraud or attempts to bypass the rules may void your entry.

5. Qualifying Submissions: All entries must follow the Official Rules. The Sponsor may disqualify entries that do not meet requirements.

6. Judging: The winner will be selected at random. 

7. Prize: One Balcony Stateroom for Two on Groove Cruise Miami 2027 sailing January 21-25, 2027 aboard Allure of the Seas. Approximate retail value is $8,000. Actual value may vary.
   Taxes and fees of $349 per person are not included and will be collected when the winner books the room.
   Airfare, transportation, parking, baggage fees, and all other travel-related costs are not included.
   The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute the prize at its discretion. All other costs, including gratuities and onboard purchases, are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting the prize, winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

8. Winner Notification: Winner will be contacted by email or phone within five days of selection. Sponsor is not responsible for missed notifications due to spam filters or incorrect contact information. If the winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, does not respond within 15 days, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Whet Travel Inc., EDMtrain, and their partners permission to use your entry, name, likeness, voice, and statements for promotional purposes worldwide, without additional compensation, where allowed by law.

10. Terms: Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impact the fairness or integrity of the Contest. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or violates these Rules. By entering, you agree to receive email updates from Whet Travel Inc. You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability: By participating, you agree to release Whet Travel Inc., EDMtrain, and their partners, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your participation, technical issues, entry errors, or acceptance or use of the prize.

12. Disputes: The Contest is governed by U.S. and Florida law. Any disputes will be handled individually in a Florida court. You waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except for actual out of pocket costs related to entering.
