1. The Search for America’s Most Beautiful Babies Photo Contest is a free Online Photo Contest without any registration fee required to enter, produced by the Baby Miss America Pageant, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring children’s self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-respect while learning team building social skills, instilling the highest ideals of character and conduct while developing a positive attitude to reach their fullest potential through pageant participation

2. The Baby Miss America Pageant is a member of the Business Consumer Alliance with a AAA Rating and an A Rating with the Better Business Bureau

3. Registration is FREE with no obligation to purchase. NO ENTRY FEE is required to register for the Search for America’s Most Beautiful Babies Photo Contest, simply complete the sign-up form to create your account. You can upload 1 photo of your child.

4. How to Vote: Winners are determined by the Most Votes. Parents are responsible to share the contestant's profile with family and friends. Votes are purchased through Stripe, the online secure payment company. If a voter files a dispute with Stripe, the contestant will be immediately disqualified and removed from the site with no compensation for the amount invested, regardless of reason.

5. PRIZES - There will be 1 Overall Grand Prize Winner and 3 Winners in each category determined by the Total number of Votes on the last day of each contest. Winners will be eligible to participate in the Baby Miss America National Pageant, Baby Miss American Cover Girl National Pageant, Baby Miss American Patriot or Baby Miss World International Pageant, determined by the individual contest. 1st Place Winners will receive a State Title for the National Pageant and a Pageant CASH PRIZE up to $2500.00 Pageant CASH.

6. The Baby Miss America Pageant is 100% NATURAL, NO MAKE-UP is allowed. The contestant’s photo must not include make-up. NO MAKE-UP, NO FAKE HAIR PIECES, NO SPRAY-TANS, NO GO-GO JUICE, NO FALSE TEETH or FLIPPERS. All images submitted should reflect the Great American Baby Contest’s conservative values. Photos that have make-up or have been altered in any way will not be accepted

7. The Baby Miss America Pageant has a NO REFUND POLICY. By submitting your profile and your child’s photos, you acknowledge that you understand and agree with the NO REFUND POLICY.

8. In the event of any violation of the rules, the contestant will be immediately disqualified we reserve the right to block your account and your photos without further delay.

9. Submission of the photo, with the entry form signed by the parent, grants Baby Miss America Pageant, Baby Miss American Cover Girl Pageant, Baby Miss World Pageant LLC and Sammie Savoie and legal representatives and assigned, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs for advertising without restriction and to copyright the same with permission to use the above-named child’s picture without restrictions for the Baby Miss America Pageant in print, projection, internet website, video or any future media market.

10. BCA Arbitration - Please read these privacy policy, rules, regulations and arbitration terms very carefully. By submitting your child’s profile, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all rules, regulations, privacy policy, no refund policy and terms of arbitration. This policy is subject to change. Please check for policy changes. Your continued use of the website is deemed to be acceptance of the policy changes

11. Industrial and Intellectual Property - Under the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property, any reproduction, performance, or use of all or part of the elements (including logos, source code, graphics, etc.) and the structure of this site is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, whether simple, figurative, semi-figurative, graphic, or product names, are registered trademarks owned by their respective owners. Any use of these elements, regardless of the mode, is subject to the protective rules of intellectual property. The organizing company reserves the right to modify these rules and will inform participants through notifications on the website.

12. LEGAL DISCLAIMER - The use of this service is exclusively for personal purposes. Reproduction or representation of any part of the website in any medium is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance with this prohibition may lead to civil and criminal liability. Please note that the information on this site is not contractual and is subject to change without notice."

13. BCA Arbitration - You and we agree to submit any dispute arising under this agreement, except a dispute alleging criminal violations, to arbitration in accordance with the Uniform Rules for Binding Arbitration of the Business Consumer Alliance (published online at checkbca.org) in effect at the time of initiation of arbitration. A volunteer arbitrator will render a decision based on fairness, not necessarily legal principles, but it will be final and binding on both of us.
Judgment on the decision may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You will not have to pay anything for the arbitration.

This Agreement to Arbitrate affects important legal rights. Neither of us will be able to go to court for disputes once we agree in advance to arbitrate. And neither of us will be committed by the terms of this agreement to arbitrate unless this clause is initialed or unless your signature on this contract as a whole immediately follows this clause.
