CONTEST RULES

A CHANCE TO Win a  $750 ThomasKinkade.com voucher good toward any Limited Edition Art currently available at ThomasKinkade.com.     Entry is simple!  Click the "ENTER NOW" button for each round. Complete the entry form by selecting your favorite image for each matchup.  Entrant must enter his or her email address each time on the entry form to complete the entry.  Entrant can enter once per round.

PRIZE:

$750 ThomasKinkade.com voucher good toward any Limited Edition Art currently available at ThomasKinkade.com.  Prize selection may include a 12" x 18" Framed Limited Edition S/N Canvas.

ELIGIBILITY:

This contest is open to residents of the United States only. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify. Entrants must complete an entry form and provide a valid email address to officially enter. An individual may enter once per round for a total of 4 entries.  Employees of Thomas Kinkade Studios and its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their officers, directors, employees and agents are ineligible from winning.

WINNER SELECTION:

This giveaway runs on Thursday, March 21, 2019 through Tuesday, April 9, 2019. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered and on Wenesday April 10, 2019 a winner will be picked using a random name selector tool.

An announcement that the entrant was selected will be sent by email to the respective winners. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her email for notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. The winners will also be announced after they have contacted us to claim their prize on the Official Thomas Kinkade Facebook Page and on the Official Thomas Kinkade Instagram Page.

PRIZE CLAIM:

The winner will be shipped the allotted prize within 7 days of notification at the address specified by the winner at the time of prize notification. The winner is responsible for monitoring his or her email for notification and receipt of other communications related to this contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reach by the Thomas Kinkade Studios within five (5) days, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE and LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
