Rules

1. The person entering their pet must be 18 years or older
2. The pet being entered must belong to you and must be domestic
3. Only recent pictures must be entered (not older than  months)
4. No pictures of pets in stressed environments will be accepted
5. In all Competitions, we reserve the right to reject any entries that are incomplete, incomprehensible, damaged or otherwise deficient.
6. We also reserve the right to reject or remove entries that are unlawful, indecent, racist, inflammatory, defamatory or which we consider to be otherwise harmful to the goodwill and reputation of our website and the Competition in question.
7. DO NOT vote for your pet BEFORE we have sent you an email advising that your pet has been accepted
8. The weekly finalist is based on the number of votes they received for that week.
9. Each week the pet with the most votes automatically becomes a finalist for the main prize.
10. Votes are not carried over from one week to the next this is done in order to give every one a fair chance of winning during any given week
11. The number of votes that a pet has received can only be made public once the competition has ended and the winner has been announced
12. Winners will be notified via email and text message and also published on the website.
13. The FINALISTS will be published each week.
14. The FINAL winner of the R5000 will be chosen by a panel of judges from all the Finalists and published in June 2026
