Moyne Shire - Port Fairy Caravan Parks Photography Competition - Terms

How to Enter:

To be eligible to win one of major prizes, users must submit a unique piece of content.

The entry must be completed by the 31st of January, 2025. Late submissions will not be eligible to win. Management reserves the right to close the contest without notice.

We will decide on the winners in late Early February 2024 and we will make all reasonable attempts to contact the winners. 

Staff and contract providers of Moyne Shire, including the 6 Moyne Caravan Parks, are not eligible to win. Relatives of staff and contract providers may apply.

The 6 Moyne Caravan Parks includes:

• Gardens Caravan Park
• Southcombe Caravan Park
• Killarney Beach Caravan Park
• Yambuk Lake Caravan Park
• Koroit Tower Hill Caravan Park
• Mortlake Caravan Park

Terms and Conditions

By entering into this campaign, you agree to join Moyne Shire’s email database.

By submitting content to this contest, you are providing us with your permission to use photography in our marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website and email campaigns.

The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit, and no refunds will be issued for the value of the Prize. 

Notification and claiming the Prizes. 

Moyne Shire staff will vote on the best content to award the winners.

Following the vote, the winner(s) will be notified using the contact details provided by the entrant. Management is not responsible for any incorrect details entered.

The Prize winners’ contact details will not be made public.

The winning entrants have 10 business days from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility, and claim the Prize.

If the winning entrants do not claim the Prize within this time frame, the Prize will be redrawn, and any previous winners will forgo all claims to the Prizes.

The 1st Prize cabin accommodation is only bookable during Off-Peak and Shoulder Seasons (Jan 31 > 20 Dec, excl Public Holidays & School Holidays). The Prize can be booked for any date within this timeframe, subject to availability.

The winner is responsible for paying any additional charges and additional costs associated with changes or cancellations to the original Prize inclusions.
