Photo Release Form for Second Amendment Hunters Photo Contest 

By submitting a photograph to Second Amendment Hunters Photo Contest (the "Contest") and using the designated hashtag #2AHunters, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Ownership and Rights 

2. You confirm that: 

1. You are the sole owner of the submitted photograph. 

2. The photograph does not infringe on the rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights, of any other person or entity. 

3. If other individuals appear in the photograph, you have their permission to submit and publish the image in the Contest. 

4. Grant of Rights 

By entering the Contest, you grant Gun Owners of America/ GOA’s Second Amendment Hunters a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your photograph in connection with the Contest and related promotional activities. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, websites, printed materials, and other marketing platforms. 

4. No Compensation 

You understand that no monetary compensation will be provided for the use of your photograph in the Contest or related promotional activities. 

5. Contest-Specific Details 

1. By participating, you accept the Contest rules and agree that decisions made by Gun Owners of America/ GOA’s Second Amendment Hunters are final. 

2. Submission of photographs must comply with meta’s guidelines and legal requirements.
