Doraville Art, A Collaborative project initiated by a member of the Northwoods Area Parent Network with the idea to paint colorful crossings at the intersection for a safer community.

The colorful design created by Doraville Art is inspired by mid-century breeze blocks, which pays tribute to the Northwoods Historic District that was established in 1952, as well as the colorful tapestry that is our community's neighbors.

In partnership with Doraville Art and the Northwoods Area Neighborhood Association, the community social and civic organization, and roughly 60 neighbor volunteers, spanning multiple generations and ethnicities we brought color, design, and safety to our community.
