PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES

• Contest Period:

The "Capture your Navimow Moments" contest runs from March 26, 2024, to June 30, 2024 (CET). Open to all Navimow users and enthusiasts.

• How to Join:

Submit as many photos/video links as you want per category with a short caption/description. Categories include Navimow Features Fiesta, Navimow Fan Frames, Wit & Whimsy - Creativity Challenge, and The Beauty of Garden.

• Entry Requirements:

Participants need to submit Navimow-related content via the submission form. No social media account required; email submissions to segway.navimow@gmail.com are accepted.

• Voting & Eligibility:

Entries, subject to Segway Navimow approval, are eligible for voting. Prizes are awarded based on the highest number of votes. In case of a tie in votes, the winner will be the participant who submitted their entry first. Inappropriate content disqualifies entries.

• Content Restrictions:

Submissions must avoid unsafe activities, offensive content, and violations of these rules. All entries must comply with these rules, including legal music usage.

• Prizes:

a. Most Voted: €2,000 Amazon gift card *1

b. 2nd-5th Most Voted: €500 Amazon gift card *1

c. 6th-10th Most Voted: Accessory Bundle *1 (Includes Garage S/M *1, Antenna Extension Kit *1, Blade Assembly *1)

d. 11th-50th Most Voted: €10 Amazon gift card *1

In case of a tie in votes, the winner will be the participant who submitted their entry first. The number of votes for each entry is calculated separately. Votes for entries submitted by the same person are not added up. On July 5th, winners will be announced on social media, and they will be contacted via email regarding prize details.

• Public Voting:

Our website and social media accounts will showcase submissions for voting. Participants are encouraged to share with their friends and family to vote as well. The voting period coincides with the start and end times of the competition. 

Note:

When providing content for the contest, the participant grants Segway Navimow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, from, distribute, and display what you have written throughout the world in any media. You also grant Segway Navimow the right to use the name you submit with the content, if any. Segway Navimow reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest at any time. Participants agree to comply with official rules.
