A photo release is required for any photo including minors or taken on private property. Submit your form or download our release form here.

a) I am a representative of the organization in this submission, and this nonprofit is an IRS designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

b) A photo release has been included and is signed by each and every person (or their parent or guardian if a minor) who appears in the picture if the photo was taken in a private setting, or any place where there is considered a reasonable right to privacy under state or federal law.

c) I consent to the use of this photograph by the Nonprofits Insurance Alliance (and all affiliated companies) for the promotion of the nonprofit industry, including but not limited to marketing purposes, social media posts, reports (including a yearly annual report), and marketing collateral.
