THE MOM WELLNESS & NUTRITION GIVEAWAY Official Rules & Terms and Conditions Promotion Period: Early March 2026 – Mother's Day, May 10, 2026

1. SPONSOR This Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by [Company Name] ("Sponsor"), located at [Company Address]. The Promotion is hosted and administered through the ViralSweep platform. ViralSweep is not a sponsor or co-sponsor of this Promotion.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD The Promotion begins on or around March 2, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 10, 2026 (Mother's Day), at 11:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY The Promotion is open to legal residents of the [United States / Canada — specify territory] who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, ViralSweep, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate.

This Promotion is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

4. HOW TO ENTER No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, visit the official Promotion page hosted on ViralSweep and complete the following required action:

• Submit a valid email address via the entry form ("Mandatory Entry").

Bonus entry opportunities may be available (e.g., sharing on social media, referring friends, following social accounts). Bonus entries are optional and not required for eligibility. Limit of one (1) mandatory entry per person, per email address. Additional bonus entries are permitted only through the designated bonus actions as presented on the entry page.

Entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, or other automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fail to comply with these Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION There will be TWO (2) winners selected. Each winner will receive one (1) complete Mom Wellness & Nutrition Package for themselves and one (1) for their designated "favorite mom," for a total of four (4) packages awarded. Each individual package consists of the following:

• Gut Health Test • Food Sensitivity Test • 1-Hour Full Clinical Review with Customized Healing Protocol • 1-Hour Follow-Up Session • 2-Month Check-In Support Session • Mom Snacks Product Bundle (approximate retail value: $200)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each package: $5,000. Total ARV of all prizes: $10,000+.

Prize packages are intended for adult women (18+) only and are not designed for or directed at minors. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Clinical services included in the prize package are provided by licensed practitioners arranged by Sponsor. Services are subject to availability and geographic limitations. Winners must schedule and use services within 6 months of prize notification or services will be forfeited.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or around May 10, 2026 (Mother's Day). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email using the address provided at the time of entry within 5 business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days of the first notification attempt, is ineligible, fails to comply with these Rules, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

To claim the prize, the potential winner must:

1. Respond to the notification email within 5 business days of receipt.
2. Provide a valid mailing address and any information required to schedule clinical services.
3. Provide the name and contact information for the designated recipient "favorite mom."
4. Execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within 5 business days of receipt (where permitted by law).

7. PRIVACY & EMAIL LIST By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from Sponsor. Entrants may opt out of future email communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in any email. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect the entrant's participation in the Promotion.

Sponsor will collect, use, and store personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL]. Sponsor will not sell entrant personal information to third parties. ViralSweep's privacy policy also applies and is available at viralsweep.com.

8. PUBLICITY Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Promotion constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown, and state or province for promotional purposes in any media, now known or hereafter developed, without further payment or consideration.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor, ViralSweep, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for: technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human or non-human intervention in the administration of the Promotion; errors or omissions in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize; any injury or damage to persons or property arising from entry or prize receipt; or lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

10. DISPUTES Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (c) entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages. All issues shall be governed by the laws of [State/Province], without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. These Official Rules represent the entire agreement between the entrant and Sponsor with respect to this Promotion.
